Return Policy

All sales are final. AURABELLE HAIR accepts returns for store credit or exchange only in the circumstances of which:

  1. Item(s) are damaged in transit.
  2. Item(s) are wrong colour or length.

Store Credit or Exchanges (if applicable)

  1. Damaged in transit: You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your item and show us clear images of the damage. Hair product must be intact and unused to be eligible for store credit. Once we have established the damage was caused in transit, we will ask you to ship the item(s) back to us with tracking and receipt of fees paid. We will then offer a store credit or replacement.
  2. Wrong Colour or Length: You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your item and request an exchange.Hair product must be intact and unused to be eligible for exchange. Once we receive your package, you may exchange the item(s) with another item(s) in our inventory of equal or more value. 

Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! All orders are shipped from our Canadian office. Please allow 24 hours for processing.

  • Within Canada:  2-7 business days.
  • Within the United States: 5-10 business days.
  • International: 7-14 business days for international shipping.
